Spring Creations

Spring is in the air and flowers are blooming all around us. The children are taking full creative advantage of the beauty.

Naomi and Ava started collecting flowers from the ground and presented me with a bouquet. I put them on a chair and asked what we should do with the flowers.

They contemplated a vase but then had a wonderful and creative idea. Using a jump rope, they decided to tie the flowers to a tree.

The results were beautiful, but the flowers didn't stay. Instead of being disappointed, they ran off on another creative plan.
"We need to build a tree house!" Ava announced.
"Yes! We will build it now and while we sleep it will get so huge!" Naomi added.
And off they ran, working together and cheering each other on.

 Tada!
Meanwhile, Jacob and Elazar decided they would construct a habitat for Elazar's gorilla. His gorilla hasn't been seen for weeks, but apparently, his importance is fresh in their minds.
The collected varied items from all around the school yard, and assigned each piece an important role.

They worked together for a long time, showing a strong peer relationship of communication to produce a creative experience.
